About You
To be successful in the role you will possess the following:
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in configuration, records, or information management within large, dynamic project environments.
- Demonstrated understanding of configuration management processes, standards, and data integrity requirements.
- Proficient in electronic document management systems (e.g., Siemens TeamCentre) with strong technical aptitude.
- Strong written communication skills, including the ability to prepare high‑quality reports and documentation.
- Highly detail‑oriented with the ability to work effectively under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage competing priorities.
- Strong collaboration, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work effectively in a diverse team environment.
- Proactive, solutions‑focused mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities and commitment to continuous improvement.
Due to the Security Clearance required for this position, applicants must be an Australian Citizen and eligible to obtain and uphold a minimum Baseline Security Clearance through the Australian Department of Defence.
