Instructor will teach classes for Workforce Community Services. Instructor will represent the college in a professional manner while instructing WCS students. Depending on the class, instructor will be responsible for course content.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Must have knowledge of rehearsal techniques and working with ensemble or applied lesson instructors in an educational setting.
Must be a skilled piano player able to adapt to different musical styles or genres.
Must have the ability to manage multiple performance assignments as well as preparations for all required performances.
Essential Functions:
Accompany applied lessons or ensembles as assigned.
Other Characteristics:
Applicant must be able to work well with faculty and students to create professional level performances and experiences.
Minimum Education/Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.)
Minimum 3 years accompanying experience for a regularly performing ensemble.
