Main Responsibilities:
- Execute key IBP/DP processes along with the leadership of the primary functional areas within the U.S CHC E2E organization (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain)
- Build and foster relationships with key stakeholders from Marketing, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations, etc.
- Establish and manage a scorecard to track IBP/DP performance, including MAPE, SPA and team performance to plan
- Manage the calendar for IBP related meetings and work with participants to ensure that content is prepared as required
- Anticipate and identify process improvement opportunities while supporting the maintenance and continuous enhancement of forecasting models, including consumption, shipments, and inventory.
- Collaborate with the different functional areas that participate in the process in order to enhance the flow of information between all parties
- Assist in driving process improvements that improve forecasting results and participant satisfaction
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in CPG/FMCG with broad exposure across multiple supply chain functions, including direct customer interactions.
- Experience in S&OP, IBP, and supply/demand planning; Kinaxis and/or SAP experience preferred.
- Proven track record of delivering results, exceeding goals, and developing innovative, breakthrough solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to influence others, build organizational capabilities, and lead effectively through ambiguity and complexity.
- Highly organized, dependable, and self‑motivated, with strong proficiency in Excel and planning tools in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong professional communication skills with the ability to build collaborative relationships, adapt to different situations, and continuously improve oneself and the broader team.

The salary range for this position is: $140,000.00 - $200,000.00
All Compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
