The Role
We're seeking the founding member of our Operations team to build and scale our internal systems and processes as we grow. This role combines driving operations processes with strategic involvement across our go-to-market, product, and deployment functions. You'll have the opportunity to create structure and efficiency in a fast-moving environment while helping shape how we operate at scale.
What You'll Do
- Design and implement scalable processes across GTM, product, and deployment teams
- Own our finance operations including accounts payable/receivable, expense management, and billing procedures
- Build and optimize our internal tools and systems stack
- Manage vendor relationships and contract negotiations
- Drive efficiency in our recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
- Oversee office operations, including facilities, IT infrastructure, and team events
- Support HR operations including payroll, benefits administration, and employee experience
- Identify and execute on opportunities to improve cross-functional collaboration
- Create documentation and playbooks for key operational processes

Requirements
- 2+ years of operations experience, preferably in a high-growth startup
- Track record of building and implementing operational systems from scratch
- Experience with operational tools and systems (HRIS, expense management, project management software)
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data
- Excellence in process documentation and knowledge management
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
