Job Description

Be the clinical anchor for providers and patients. As a Clinic RN at NARMC, you’ll triage, administer medications, support procedures, coordinate population health tasks, and guide clinical workflows that keep care safe and timely.

Job Summary

Deliver professional nursing care in clinic settings using the nursing process; coordinate care planning, triage patient needs, administer medications, perform clinical tasks (e.g., EKG), and support clinical staff through skills validation and workflow leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Triage and prepare patients; assist providers during exams/procedures; administer injections/medications.
  • Perform/coordinate EKG and other clinic tests per policy; manage wound care and staple/suture removal.
  • Coordinate referrals, pharmacy, prior auths, and patient follow-up; maintain accurate EHR documentation.
  • Support clinic efficiency and staff development (skills check-offs, positive team leadership).

Job Qualifications

Required

  • Graduate of an accredited RN program; Arkansas RN license; BLS; 1+ year of RN experience.

Preferred

  • 1+ year of clinic nursing experience.

Compensation & Schedule

  • Status: Full-time
  • Schedule: Weekday clinic hours
  • Pay: Competitive hourly rate (details during interview)
