Job Summary
Determine patient condition, deliver on-scene treatment or transport with physician-directed care, and ensure equipment and shift readiness.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure shift coverage and daily operational readiness; maintain EMS supplies/equipment.
- Operate emergency vehicles safely; model professionalism and public relations.
- Collaborate with ER physicians and charge nurses; communicate effectively in high-stress environments.
Job Qualifications
Required
- Valid Class D driver’s license; EMT-Paramedic certification; BLS and ACLS; ongoing CE per level.
Preferred
- Prior EMS leadership or shift lead experience.
Compensation & Schedule
- Full-time; rotating 24/7 schedule including nights/weekends/holidays.
