Job Description

  • M.S. or Ph.D. in Science or Engineering, MBA is a plus but not required.
  • Technical expertise in plasma processing applications, i.e. etch, deposition, ALD, ALE, strip & clean, etc.
  • Sound knowledge of Semiconductor device technologies in Foundry/Logic, NAND and DRAM, Power device etc.
  • Basic knowledge of RF sub-systems and components including RF Platforms and Digital products, RF matches, RF Generators, and Vacuum Capacitors.
  • Proven experience in plasma process or RF engineering development or product management or business development.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing effective high-touch customer relationships, both technical and commercial.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a track record of driving business growth with balanced technical and business senses.
  • Experience with developing and executing strategies for growth opportunities.
  • Professional communication skills to effectively interact with customers and internal executives, while leading across matrixed and cross-functional organizations.
  • Effective skills to foster collaboration and alignment across departments to drive portfolio growth and profitability.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and key customers to drive co-development opportunities and enhance product differentiations.
