Sound knowledge of Semiconductor device technologies in Foundry/Logic, NAND and DRAM, Power device etc.
Basic knowledge of RF sub-systems and components including RF Platforms and Digital products, RF matches, RF Generators, and Vacuum Capacitors.
Proven experience in plasma process or RF engineering development or product management or business development.
Demonstrated experience in developing effective high-touch customer relationships, both technical and commercial.
Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a track record of driving business growth with balanced technical and business senses.
Experience with developing and executing strategies for growth opportunities.
Professional communication skills to effectively interact with customers and internal executives, while leading across matrixed and cross-functional organizations.
Effective skills to foster collaboration and alignment across departments to drive portfolio growth and profitability.
Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and key customers to drive co-development opportunities and enhance product differentiations.
