Job Description
Under the supervision of the Cement Field Manager, the Cement Supervisor 1 coordinates, oversees, and executes cementing service line work at the well site to provide quality service to the customer. This role includes job planning, instructions to the crew, equipment selection, and resolution of on-site issues. The emphasis is on employee development, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction, ensuring long-term growth and profitability. The Cement Supervisor 1 also acts as the primary contact between the cementing PSL and the customer representative.
