Saltmarsh Internship Program Overview
At Saltmarsh, our internship program is designed to bring your education to life through hands-on experience, personalized mentorship, and a real-world look into public accounting. From day one, you’ll be paired with a peer mentor and receive ongoing feedback to support your growth and success.
All internships are paid and may be eligible for college credit.
Internship Locations:
- Tampa
- Orlando
- Pensacola
Internship Opportunities:
Spring Tax Internship
(January – April 2027)
- Aligned with tax season
- Requires a commitment of 24+ hours/week
- Runs from January through mid-April
Fall Audit Internship
(September – November 2027)
- Aligned with audit deadlines
- Runs from September through November
