- Answer SVC calls
- Create SVC quotation
- Handling SVC part order
- Handling EDI & Web order
- Handling SVC billable order (Quotation, Entering & Invoicing)
- Handling SVC contract order (Quotation, Entering & Invoicing)
- Following up the shipping schedule of SVC related order
- Issuing and handling invoice
- Handling credit & re-bill process
- Maintaining equipment record
- Create Service Work Order
- Deal with Local vendor for local supply item
- Arrange of domestic shipping arrangement for SVC part that SVC engineer will use.
