Job Description Summary:

The E-Commerce Warehouse Manager leads all DTC and marketplace fulfillment
operations within a distribution environment. This role ensures SLA adherence, order
accuracy, carrier optimization, and system integration between WMS, SAP, and shipping
platforms.

Key Responsibilities
 Oversee DTC and marketplace fulfillment (UPS, USPS, Amazon Buy Shipping)
 Optimize pick vs pack productivity in automated and manual zones
 Ensure SLA compliance (same-day, next-day ship)
 Manage integration between SAP order types and WMS execution
 Ensure compliance with retailer and marketplace shipping standards
 Leverage automation systems (WES, Autostore) to increase throughput
 Monitor returns, and cost per order metrics
 Lead peak season and promotional surge planning

 Order accuracy ≥ 99.7%

Qualifications
 5+ years e-commerce fulfillment leadership
 Strong exposure to automation systems
 Experience with retailer compliance and chargeback management
 Knowledge of SAP integration and delivery order mapping
 Data-driven with strong analytics skills

The anticipated compensation range is

69,000.00 - 137,000.00 USD Annual

Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
