Provide ongoing support for current in-house MES solutions, including troubleshooting user-reported issues and performing root cause analysis.
Administer MES user access, including onboarding/offboarding users and correcting data discrepancies.
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements to support technical solution design and implementation.
Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate, refine, and prioritize change requests that improve operational efficiency.
Partner with IT and Automation teams to ensure successful integration between MES, ERP (SAP), and SCADA systems, maintaining data accuracy and consistency.
Develop, document, and enforce best practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for current & future MES usage.
Standardize and scale MES solutions across the site where applicable.
Perform system audits to ensure optimal MES functionality, performance, and compliance.
Support MES upgrades, patches, and system enhancements.
Deliver training and guidance to end-users and stakeholders on MES capabilities and best practices.
Maintain comprehensive system and process documentation.
Progress toward a subject matter expert (SME) or lead role within upcoming MES transformation initiative.
