The mission of the Internal Communication Lead is to design, implement, and lead internal communication strategies that support cultural integration, guide change management processes, and enhance both employee experience and engagement. In a context of organizational transformation, this role is key to connecting employees with the company’s vision, fostering a sense of belonging, and helping build a strong, aligned organizational culture.

What you’ll be doing:

• Analyze internal communication strategies and campaigns.
• Develop and maintain internal communication content across various platforms.
• Monitor and report on internal communication performance and engagement.
• Conduct research to understand employee needs and preferences.
• Collaborate with HR and communication teams to align internal strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with internal communication trends and best practices.

Certifications Requirements:
Certification in Internal Communication or equivalent preferred.

Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

Work Experience Requirements:
2-4 years of experience in internal communication or a related field.
