Job Description
TCC, Verizon Authorized Retailer - Regional Director
At TCC, we believe strong leadership creates strong communities. Our customers expect more than a wireless retailer, and our teams deserve more than a workplace—they deserve leaders who inspire performance, growth, and purpose. As a Field Director, you play a critical role in driving that impact across the business.
Field Directors at TCC set the standard for sales excellence and people leadership. By empowering multi‑unit leaders and sales teams, you ensure customers receive a consistent, high‑quality selling experience in an ever‑evolving wireless landscape. Your leadership directly influences results, from revenue growth and customer retention to talent development and operational execution.
Beyond business performance, TCC leaders are deeply connected to the communities they serve. Through our TCC Gives program, Field Directors support and encourage local engagement by championing volunteer efforts, grant opportunities, and company‑supported initiatives such as backpack giveaways, food drives, pet adoption events, and support for educators.
Equally important is how we invest in our people. At TCC, we foster an inclusive, performance‑driven culture where leaders develop future talent, build strong teams, and celebrate differences. Equity, diversity, and inclusion guide how we lead, how we grow, and how we create an environment where teams thrive.
As a Field Director, you don’t just oversee the business—you shape it, strengthen it, and lead it forward.
