Overview:
Support the HR team in recruitment, onboarding, and daily HR operations within a manufacturing or automotive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with hiring (job postings, resume screening, on site Job Fairs)
• Support onboarding and employee documentation
• Maintain HR records and databases
• Assist with employee engagement and safety-related activities
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
