About this opportunity:
The EOE Process Improvement Manager within SL Operate Service Management is responsible for designing/deploying scalable processes, aligned to ANO strategy and ensuring the processes are best in class, with continuous improvements via best practices.
What you will do:
- Collaborate with EOE Process Governance Manager and Portfolio Managers to design and develop scalable and standardized process solutions taking into account the alignment with TM Forums ANO framework.
- Engage with MS Business Units to co-develop fit-for-purpose process deployment strategies that align with delivery goals and contractual commitments.
- Revise and optimize existing system logic and procedures for improved process efficiency and integration with broader process architecture.
- Drive Process development initiatives for MS Contract, including pre-sales, post-sales, and continuous improvement efforts across Managed Services (MS) business units.
- Contribute to RFP responses by tailoring MS Process and MSTOP/EOE framework solutions to address customer and internal Ericsson requirements.
- Expand the MS Process portfolio and footprint by engaging across Business Units (BUs) and Customer Units (CUs) to meet evolving needs.
The skills you bring:
- Industry experience: 8+ years.
- BSc/BTech/BE or equivalent degree.
- Managed Services hands-on experience within NOC/ MSCLT.
- Basic telecom knowledge.
- Trained or certified on the process framework of ITIL and/or eTOM.
- Excellent knowledge of MSDP tool suite and Automation, AI/ML & Analytics, BPMS etc.
- Ability to explain relevant Process frameworks.
- Knowledge about TMForum ANO framework.
- Six Sigma / Lean training and implementation experience Working knowledge of relevant ISO Standards.
