The Eviction Coordinator administers the company’s residential evictions in various states by tracking and processing evictions in collaboration with property management teams, and internal/external counsel.
Responsibilities:
Supports the coordination and processing of eviction matters in partnership with internal teams and external legal counsel
Tracks case progress, organize documentation, and help prepare files for legal review
Responds to inquiries and assists with investigations by gathering and summarizing relevant information
Maintains accurate records, databases, and tracking systems to support business needs
Partners with legal and property management teams to share updates and escalates items when appropriate
Contributes to research, reporting, and administrative projects as needed
Requirements:
High school diploma required
Associate Degree in Legal Studies, Real Estate, or a related field preferred
Minimum two (2) years of experience in real estate, property management, legal industry, paralegal, and/or a related field preferred
Comfortable working in a dynamic, high‑volume setting with shifting priorities
Working knowledge of tools such as Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, or similar platforms
Clear written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Proven problem‑solving skills with an approach that supports thoughtful decision‑making and escalation when needed
Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Sound judgment in handling sensitive or confidential information
A customer-focused approach and a commitment to delivering helpful, responsive support
Compensation
The anticipated pay range/scale for this position is $23.19 to $27.83 Hourly. Actual starting base pay within this range will depend on factors including geographic location, education, training, skills, and relevant experience.Additional Compensation
