Intake to Pay Senior Specialist
Place of work: Cracow
Job Purpose:
Support and continuously improve the end-to-end Intake-to-Pay process, from initial request through to payment, by providing expert support to users, ensuring process compliance, and contributing to system and process optimization across multiple countries.
Responsibilities:
Key Accountabilities
- Provide second-line support to users and country teams on procurement processes and tools (Beeline, Zip, Coupa)
- Act as a bridge between tools users, Global Process Owners and technical teams
- Support implementation and adoption of procurement tools (Beeline, Zip, Coupa)
- Identify recurring issues and proactively improve processes and user experience
- Contribute to training materials, documentation and user guidance
Business Accountabilities
- Support design and execution of controls and governance processes
- Produce and analyze reports to monitor compliance and risks
- Ensure consistent application of procurement processes across countries
- Support system enhancements, testing and change requests
- Contribute to continuous improvement and automation initiatives
Candidate’s profile:
- Experience in procurement / Procure-to-Pay processes
- Experience with Vendor Management System (VSM), ideally with Beeline
- Experience with Procurement Orchestration platform, ideally with ZIP
- Experience with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) platform, ideally with Coupa
- Experience as system administrator or advanced user
- Strong analytical and system-thinking mindset
- Ability to understand end-to-end process implications
- English skills – spoken and written at fluent level
- Autonomous with strong delivery focus
- Proactive and improvement-driven

In March 2016 we established a Shared Service Centre in Kraków, in Poland to support our global strategy. It is from this location that we have created a global shared service platform, focusing on advanced business functions such as financial accounting and reporting, planning and performance management, ICFR testing, financial systems management as well as HR integrated talent management operations.
This role is related to the key area of Zurich’s activity in Kraków.
