The ideal candidate must have strong academic credentials and 3-5 years of experience in intellectual property litigation, with a preference for patent litigation experience. A degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or mechanical engineering is preferred but not required. Outstanding writing, research, and analytical skills are required. - a base salary range of $200k - $260k (based on an 1850 billable hour target) and
- a discretionary merit bonus based on performance.
