Support and promote health, safety, and well‑being, in line with Nexans safety rules and Swedish work environment legislation
Serve as the main HR contact for union representatives, maintaining transparent and constructive industrial relations
Prepare and participate in local union negotiations
Support all HR operational processes for blue‑collar employees, including recruitment, onboarding, employment changes, and terminations
Contribute to workforce planning and ensure effective staffing aligned with business needs
Support and drive change management initiatives and continuous improvement efforts
Support performance management processes and identify development and training needs in collaboration with managers
Develop and support employee engagement initiatives to strengthen motivation, involvement, and retention
Ensure compliance with labor law, collective agreements, GDPR, and Nexans policies
