| SKILLS AND ABILITIES |

- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment, including mechanical, electronic, and robotic systems.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and implement effective solutions.
- Conduct visual inspections and ensure equipment is operating within specified parameters.
- Collaborate with other team members to plan and execute maintenance tasks efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and document all repairs and improvements.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures, wearing the necessary personal protective equipment.
- Operate at heights, if required, to access and maintain equipment.
- Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, providing clear updates and reports on maintenance activities.
- Stay updated with the latest maintenance techniques and technologies to enhance productivity.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required, with a preference for candidates with a technical degree or certification in a relevant field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a maintenance role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Sufficient visual acuity to read instructions, operate equipment, and visually inspect components.
- Manual dexterity to handle tools and equipment with precision.
- Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and plan maintenance activities.
- Experience with Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Programmable Logic Control (PLC) is preferred.
- Valid driver's license is essential for this role.
- Ability to work in extreme temperature conditions and at heights.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, to interact with diverse teams.
- Willingness to adhere to safety protocols and wear necessary safety equipment.
