(Associate) Director Talent & Client Excellence

how you will contribute
The Talent & Client Excellence team is responsible for designing & implementing our global business architecture: our global way-of-working that defines how we do business with talent & clients in order to achieve our growth and profitability ambitions. The business architecture is captured in our Partner for Talent Business model and describes our way of working from sales to delivery in terms of capabilities, processes, people, tech and steering.
As part of the T&C Excellence team you will (re-)design and implement our business architecture together with markets. This includes:
translating strategic choices from EB/ELT into our overall business architecture
designing new business architecture elements, specifying people, processes, tech & steering
implementing these new elements in markets, co-driving change from MD till desk level plus the associated revenue & GP/PE growth
handing over to market leadership and the Business Operations team for daily steering
Topics the team has recently worked on include our delivery center approach, how to implement our digital market place in our existing units, and our global approach to talent skilling.
The team consists of four other colleagues, reporting into the head of T&C Excellence, who reports into our global head of Strategy & Transformation.
your typical day includes
Your daily job will be a mix of design activities and implementation activities:
design activities include collecting market feedback, conducting interviews & learning about new topics, creating global guidelines & standards, and sharing your knowledge with market leadership and experts
implementation activities include working with markets to create implementation plans, organizing knowledge sharing sessions, coaching market leadership & experts, monitoring progress & impact, providing feedback, and collecting & sharing best practices
On a daily basis, you will interact with a wide range of colleagues, including:
market leadership
functional experts in markets
global colleagues from Business Operations, Marketing, Finance, HR and IT
global colleagues from program & portfolio management
global colleagues from Enterprise and the CoE
EB/ELT members
your responsibilities include
taking the lead on specific business architecture topics within the team, depending on your prior experience and randstad priorities
being the first contact point for one or more markets for all business architecture topics, depending on your prior experience and relationships
aligning with market experts, global colleagues, and global leadership on content development
aligning with market leadership and global leadership on market implementation progress
aligning with the process excellence team and product management on high level tech requirements
your background
You have an excellent understanding of how we serve talents & clients at Randstad with a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in OTS or PTS talent service models (sales delivery, (onsite) delivery teams or delivery centers) or in our Enterprise delivery models (RPO, MSP). You have experience in operating in complex stakeholder environments. You have managed a P&L or you have led projects as a project leader.
