This role sits at the center of long-term enterprise customer success and revenue expansion, managing strategic relationships across large corporate accounts. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, aligning platform capabilities with organizational learning, communication, and digital transformation goals. The position requires a strong blend of commercial acumen, relationship management, and strategic thinking to drive retention and growth. You will own complex enterprise partnerships end-to-end, ensuring customers continuously realize value from the platform. Working cross-functionally with internal teams, you will influence product direction, resolve escalations, and shape account strategy.
