Job Description:

As the Senior Designer, you will be responsible for managing our visual brand identities and translating strategy into compelling visual assets—everything from to-go packaging to marketing emails to restaurant menus. This position is a unique opportunity to contribute to our brands’ visual storytelling and guest experience across all platforms. 

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Director of Marketing to interpret and visualize projects into impactful designs that achieve our goals. 

  • Maintain and evolve the brands’ visual identities across all platforms. 

  • Maintain and evolve the brands’ Digital Asset Management system. 

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deeply understand design opportunities and deliver effective solutions, including presenting design briefs, working and processing with clarity and openness to feedback.

  • Conceptualize and design a wide range of assets, including but not limited to printed menus, signage, marketing emails, digital graphics, and packaging. 

  • Lead the relationship with the print vendor, including ensuring competitive pricing and timely delivery of assets. 

  • Contribute to the development and execution of brand campaigns, ensuring that visual elements align with campaign objectives. 

  • Proactively identify opportunities for design updates or new assets that positively impact the business. 

  • Research and identify emerging trends, innovation, tools, and best practices across retail and restaurant spaces. 

  • Support the planning and execution of brand photoshoots.  

  • Continually identify and execute tactics to simplify design processes, reduce room for error, and reduce manual updates and time spent per project. 

  • Integrate innovative design techniques to keep the brand fresh and engaging. 

  • Manage workload independently, demonstrating strong prioritization and communication skills. 

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, with a proven track record of taking on increasing levels of responsibility, scope, and creative ownership.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects

  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite

  • Strong conceptual thinking and creative problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining brand consistency

  • Experience experimenting with or integrating AI and emerging creative tools into design projects 

  • Open to feedback and committed to continuous growth

  • Bring a proactive and curious mindset

The annualized salary range for this position (plus a bonus) is: $95,000-$105,000
