About the role
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma/GED
- Valid driver’s license
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be dependable and on time
- Own means of dependable transportation
- Provide some personal tools/list available on request
- 2 years minimum experience in a petro/chemical industry
- Must be able to work in adverse/inclement weather conditions
- Must have the ability to troubleshoot, then make a good decision to fix the problem
- Must be able to read a tape measure and work with precision measuring instruments
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Performs maintenance/repairs/troubleshooting and installation on the following process plant equipment, but not limited to: pumps, motors, gear drives, centrifuges and other rotating equipment with an emphasis on seals, bearings and mechanical seals
- Performs maintenance, repair and troubleshooting on rotary screw air compressors
- Removal and installation of process valves
- Performs m/r/t on steam boilers and auxiliary equipment
- Metal fabrication skills are required
- Must be proficient in the installation and fabrication of process piping systems, pertaining to threading, welding and soldering.
- Must be able to interpret P&ID drawings
- Electricity skills are a PLUS.
- When instructed - you will be required to clean, paint and perform labor work
- Additional work related to buildings and ground maintenance
- Local travel required

Pay Transparency
Reworld is committed to paying its staff equitably, and we strive to provide competitive compensation and benefits packages. The range below reflects Reworld’s reasonable estimate of base pay for this role based on primary posting location. It is expected that most qualified candidates in this location will fall within the posting range. The final salary offered for this role will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to: experience, education, geographic location, skills and competencies, travel requirements and/or union contracts (if applicable). Pay ranges are reviewed from time to time and may be modified in the future.
The pay range for the primary location of this position is: $43,100.00 - $57,400.00 USD. For hourly roles, this is the annualized salary. To calculate the hourly rate, divide by 2080.Our DEI Commitment
