Job Overview
We are looking for an Application Owner to take end to end ownership of a core application in Corporate Actions & Securities. You will ensure stability, evolution, compliance, and seamless integration across banking processes—acting as the key bridge between Business, IT, vendors, and external stakeholders.

 

Responsibilities

  • Own the application lifecycle: roadmap, functional/technical governance, incident/problem/change (ITIL).
  • Define and monitor SLA/OLA, performance and capacity; drive reliability and risk mitigation.
  • Oversee Corporate Actions flows and manage Securities lifecycle
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and IT Security policies.
  • Coordinate IT Activities with internal internal and external stakeholders 
  • Acting as the key bridge between Business & IT
  • Enable observability and deliver KPI reporting


Your profile

  • 5+ years in IT/Application Management within Banking area
  • Strong understanding of banking processes with focus on Securities and Corporate Actions.
  • Solid communication with business & technical stakeholders;
  • Ownership mindset and decision making.
  • Italian fluent and English proficient (spoken & written).


Location and Work Flexibility

  • Please note that a fully remote work policy is not offered for this role
  • Candidates should be prepared to relocate to Canton Ticino (Switzerland) or to Italian border areas close to Switzerland
