- Speak to real problems — downtime, cost, reliability
- Book qualified meetings and create clean handoffs
- Run a disciplined, organized CRM process
- You understand how food service buyers think
- You personalize outreach instead of relying on scripts
- You treat CRM as a performance tool — not admin work
- You take ownership of your pipeline and results
- Base: $60K–$70K
- Uncapped commission
- OTE: $80K–$110K+
