A degree in mechanical or automotive engineering and initial experience as a program manager or equivalent qualifications and work experience
Professional experience in the manufacturing process of elastomer molded parts and/or thermoplastics as well as in project management are mandatory
Project, Design engineering or technical engineering experience a plus.
CAD knowledge (SolidWorks) as well as a basic knowledge of IATF quality requirements are an advantage
A certain degree of flexibility and willingness to travel (approx. 25% per year)
A high degree of personal responsibility and assertiveness as well as a strong team spirit and a high service orientation
Fluent written and oral English skills (level C1), German is an advantage
