Customer Service Installation Technician

Job Description

You will construct liquid and gaseous UHP electronic‑grade cryogenic supply systems at customer sites following all safety and quality standards Communicate professionally with project managers, planners, sales teams, customers, contractors, engineers, and inspectors regarding resources, scheduling, project changes, and installation activities Work 8–12 hour installation shifts depending on project demands You will read and interpret prints and schematics for accurate system layout and installation Apply materials‑of‑construction knowledge for UHP and cryogenic system builds Perform pipefitting for high‑purity and cryogenic piping systems You will perform UHP orbital welding and brazing on piping assemblies Troubleshoot electrical components associated with UHP and cryogenic installations And you will work with cryogenic and refrigeration systems during installation and commissioning Install and service UHP electronic‑grade components including regulators, valves, solenoids, and pressure‑relief devices Attend company‑provided technical training at the National Training Center in East Chicago, IN, with week‑long class sessions
