Job Description
Tasks
- Active further development of the company-wide IT service management system based on ITIL
- Continuous improvement of ITSM process and service quality using KPIs
- Supporting and advising consulting our business units in the Enterprise Service Management environment
- Ensuring optimal support of ITSM processes by the ESM application
- Training ITSM process and ESM application users
- Close cooperation with other process owners
- Independent and innovative work with a high level of quality awareness in an open-minded team
Qualifications
- Successfully completed studies in economics, business informatics or computer science, alternatively a comparable education with experience in service management
- Good knowledge of ITSM processes
- Ideally certification in ITIL or other ITSM frameworks
- Basic knowledge of IT applications, IT systems and technologies
- "Hands-on” mentality, as well as a convincing appearance, strong communication skills and a high degree of independence
- Good knowledge of English
