Job Description

Tasks

 

  • Active further development of the company-wide IT service management system based on ITIL
  • Continuous improvement of ITSM process and service quality using KPIs
  • Supporting and advising consulting our business units in the Enterprise Service Management environment
  • Ensuring optimal support of ITSM processes by the ESM application
  • Training ITSM process and ESM application users
  • Close cooperation with other process owners
  • Independent and innovative work with a high level of quality awareness in an open-minded team

Qualifications

 

  • Successfully completed studies in economics, business informatics or computer science, alternatively a comparable education with experience in service management
  • Good knowledge of ITSM processes
  • Ideally certification in ITIL or other ITSM frameworks
  • Basic knowledge of IT applications, IT systems and technologies
  • "Hands-on” mentality, as well as a convincing appearance, strong communication skills and a high degree of independence
  • Good knowledge of English
