Software Engineer (m/f/x) IT B2B GATEWAY & INTEGRATION (Porto)

Tasks

• Analyze requirements and perform technical analysis for integration solutions 
• Design, implement, and test integration solutions using modern integration patterns
• Optimize IT processes and system architecture for data integration 
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve existing integration setups 
• Create technical documentation and training materials for internal and external stakeholders 
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external service providers to deliver robust integration solutions

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience 
• Solid understanding of IT architectures and integration patterns (API/REST, JMS, MFT)
• Hands-on experience with at least one integration platform (e.g., IBM webMethods, Universal Messaging, Apache Kafka)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to quickly learn complex topics independently
• Structured, solution-oriented approach and commitment to long-term, stable solutions
• Good knowledge of English and ability to work effectively in an agile, international environment
