Software Engineer (m/f/x) Frontend - Transport Management System (Porto)

Tasks

 

• Develop the next generation of our Transport management system
• Development and maintenance of Angular-based frontend applications
• Implementation of responsive UI/UX designs
• Integration of APIs for connection to backend services
• Optimizing the user experience and performance of our web applications
• Carrying out code reviews and quality assurance
• Collaborating with other development teams and stakeholders to understand requirements and develop technical solutions

Qualifications

 

• Degree in (business) computer science, a comparable qualification or several years of experience as a developer
• Advanced knowledge of Angular and TypeScript
• Knowledge of the use of RESTful APIs and JSON
• Good understanding of responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility
• Experience with unit testing and testing frameworks is an advantage
• Strong problem-solving skills and a structured way of working
• Good knowledge of English and the ability to collaborate successfully in an agile environment
