
Geospatial Technical Support and Training Specialist - Alberta
Job Description
As a Support & Training Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing technical support and training to customers and internal teams. You will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, delivering product training, and ensuring users can effectively utilize software, hardware, or systems. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and the ability to teach complex concepts in an accessible way.
Technical trainings are also often delivered in person, either at our office our at customer's locations.
