We are looking for a high-performance Regional Human Resources Leader to serve as a strategic partner and "coach" for our shared services and field management teams. This isn't a "sit behind a desk" role—you are the heartbeat of our regional operations, traveling to where our employees are to ensure safety, compliance, and excellence.
Pay: Competitive Base Pay + Bonus

Location/Work Type: Field-based role with regular travel within the region - Raleigh, Charlotte, or Nashville based
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Plus weekend availability for urgent field needs).
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or HR-related graduate degree preferred AND active HR Certification (SHRM/HRCI).

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
The Regional Human Resources Leader is a field-based role responsible for executing core HR strategies while partnering with operational leaders to drive workforce performance, safety, engagement, and stability across a defined region.
This role balances hands-on HR execution with forward-looking, business-aligned thinking, ensuring that plans translate into results at the field level. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable resolving day-to-day HR issues as they are anticipating workforce needs, improving retention, supporting workforce development, and leveraging data to drive better outcomes.
Field HR Partnership: Serve as the primary HR point of contact for regional leadership, managing employee relations and performance while aligning HR practices with operational goals.
Talent & Development: Support regional recruiting and onboarding to improve retention, while driving workforce training and leadership pipeline development.
Relations & Culture: Handle employee relations with professionalism and implement engagement initiatives to foster a positive, values-aligned culture.
Safety & Risk: Collaborate with safety leadership to reinforce a strong safety culture and ensure staffing and training practices support safe operations.
Operations & Compliance: Drive consistent application of HR policies and maintain accurate documentation in partnership with shared services.
Data & Improvement: Analyze HR metrics and trends to develop actionable insights that improve workforce planning and organizational outcomes.
Technology & AI: Utilize HR systems and emerging AI tools to enhance decision-making and help field leaders manage their teams effectively.
What You Bring To The Team
Education: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or HR-related graduate degree preferred
Certification: You must hold a SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR certification.
Experience: 5 - 8 years of Human Resources experience with exposure to multi-site or field-based environments. Experience in service-based, operationally intensive industries preferred
