We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a SUDP at our Sumner, WA location. MUST HAVE SUDPT LICENSE.

Sunday through Thursday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with days off being Friday and Saturday

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Build positive relationships with clients, clinical staff and medical staff.

· Provide clinical services to clients in a therapeutic setting.

· Plans, organizes and facilities all aspects of a client’s continuum of care.

· Facilitate case-load groups as needed

· Clinical Documentation within EMR

QUALIFICATIONS

· Pass pre-employment drug screen

· SUDP/SUDPT WA State Department of Health Credential A MUST.
