Schedule: 9 AM to 5:30 PM PART TIME Saturdays and Sundays

Responsibilities for this position include:

• Sweep and mop floors.
• Clean buildings by emptying trash and clean all surfaces.
• Monitor building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors after operating hours and checking electrical appliance use to ensure that hazards are not created
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors.
• Clean and service restrooms with mops and disinfectants.
• Identify and report possible repairs to management.
• Supply and maintain common areas and restrooms with necessary items.
• Follow all safety and personnel rules and regulations.
• Perform other custodial duties, as assigned.

Qualifications:

· Must be 18+ yrs. old.

· Possess valid driver’s license

· Pass criminal background check

· Pass pre-employment drug screen
