Job Description
Sales Representative (Ambassador) Alava
For our Sales team, we are looking for an Ambassador (Sales Representative) to cover the Álava, Burgos and Pamplona area.
The role will be responsible for managing the existing customer portfolio as well as developing new business opportunities within the assigned territory, identifying growth opportunities by leveraging the full Dentsply Sirona product portfolio.
The main objective of the role is to promote holistic solutions tailored to customers’ needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan sales activities in line with assigned objectives, creating action plans that ensure their achievement
- Maintain, strengthen and expand the customer portfolio within the assigned territory
- Identify and generate cross-selling opportunities within the Dentsply Sirona customer base
- Prepare, follow up and close tailor-made commercial proposals for each customer
- Coordinate activities with technical specialists who provide support for closing ongoing opportunities
- Keep the CRM system up to date, ensuring consistent and effective use
- Process customer orders within the assigned territory in coordination with the Customer Service department
- Generate business demand among Dentsply Sirona customers attending events in the assigned area
- Stay up to date with all Dentsply Sirona commercial offers and make effective use of the tools provided by the Marketing department
- Support the organization during market adaptation and transformation processes
- Achieve the financial targets set for the assigned territory
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales; knowledge of the dental sector is a plus
- University degree preferred, especially in health sciences or technical-health related fields
- Intermediate level of English is desirable
- High level of personal and professional integrity and ethics
- Creative profile with the ability to bring innovative and disruptive ideas
- Valid driving licence and availability to travel regularly
