Essential Functions: 

Medication & Medical Support

  • Administer and manage psychiatric medications, including injections

  • Maintain medication room compliance (pharmacy & licensing standards)

  • Coordinate lab work, refills, and prior authorizations

  • Support prescribers with assessments and clinical updates

Client Care

  • Conduct physical health screenings and assessments

  • Coordinate care with community physicians and providers

  • Provide education on medications, mental health, wellness, and symptom management

  • Respond to crisis situations and provide on-call support as needed

  • Deliver person-centered services in clinic and community settings

Team & Documentation

  • Collaborate within a multidisciplinary treatment team

  • Provide outreach and follow-up to support engagement

  • Complete timely, accurate, person-centered documentation

  • Participate in quality improvement and professional development activities

Education and Experience: 

  • Active RN/LPN license

  • Experience in psychiatric or behavioral health settings preferred

  • Strong assessment, crisis response, and organizational skills

  • Commitment to culturally responsive, person-centered care
