Purpose of the Job

In this role, the Quality Coordinator will be responsible for the management of the client’s process in product testing. You will manage the documentation and storage of all reports and certifications for all of the account teams in the sector.

The Quality Coordinator will support the Senior Quality Manager with related tasks and help the account teams in ensuring that products provided by HH Global are compliant with legislation and client’s requirements. 

You will support the testing of all Branded Merchandise and Point of Sale Materials (POSM) for this client within the Beverage sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute testing process according to procedure or client’s process
• Connect with lab on request for test and timings of delivery
• Connect with the account team test requests
• Follow up with supply base making sure valid reports and certification are in file
• Manage database regarding document validation
• Assist Senior Quality Manager to manage the quality of jobs adhering to client’s and HH Global guidelines
• Assist Senior Quality Manager on issue management and the corrective and preventive actions
• Assist Senior Quality Manger on product warnings, according to the mandatory requirements and the intended use
• Execute Risk Analysis and Technical Acceptance documents
• Review quality documentation from supply base

Knowledge, Skills + Experience 

• Excellent project management skills with the ability to develop realistic and comprehensive timetables
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise work
• Self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure and be a good team player
• Experience working in a global organisation and supporting the global teams
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Strong communication skills
• Good understanding of English language (Written and Spoken)
• Experience in quality and product compliance field within the FMCG and general POSM marketplace is preferable 
• Strong knowledge in ISO quality system and QA and QC systems is preferable 
• Quality engineering education background is beneficial
• Understanding of manufacturing processes in different materials (glass, wood, plastic, metal, etc) is beneficial
• Experience with safety and regulatory compliance standards in multiple regions is beneficial
