Job Description

  • Own and grow global key accounts by developing deep insights into customer strategies, needs, and long-term opportunities 
  • Lead and inspire a global, cross-functional team (direct and indirect) to deliver aligned, high-impact account strategies 
  • Develop and execute a 3-year account development plan, aligning internal stakeholders across regions and functions 
  • Build and convert a strong pipeline of opportunities into sustainable, profitable business growth 
  • Drive innovation and new product initiatives in collaboration with R&D, marketing, and application teams 
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior customer stakeholders, building long-term, value-driven partnerships 
  • Lead commercial negotiations and pricing strategies to ensure competitive and sustainable outcomes 
  • Champion digital transformation and smarter ways of working, both internally and with customers 
  • Continuously assess customer demand and market dynamics, translating insights into actionable strategies 
  • Ensure operational excellence, including effective handling of customer requirements and issue resolution
