Job Summary
We are seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee daily office operations and ensure a productive, efficient workplace. The ideal candidate will manage administrative functions, coordinate office activities, support staff, and maintain a positive office environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative procedures.
- Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and company events.
- Maintain office records, files, and documentation.
- Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and invoice processing.
- Support onboarding and administrative aspects of employee management.
- Handle incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and visitors.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and office procedures.
- Identify opportunities to improve office efficiency and processes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2–5 years of office administration or office management experience.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management software.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
