$80,000 - $100,000 + uncapped performance bonus + student loan assistance until paid off.
- Patient volume: Under 12 patients per day - lower than industry norms
- Visit structure: 1:1 patient care, always
- Documentation: AI-supported + Prompt EMR to eliminate after-hours charting
