WHAT YOU NEED TO WIN: 

• Excellent customer service skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel

• English – fluent

• Czech - fluent

• Driving licence

• Recent graduates are welcome

HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE

• Be the main contact for retailers and dealers via phone, email, and messaging platforms

• Answer questions about products, availability, pricing, and order status

• Support technical and service related topics and resolve complex or escalated cases

• Manage the full order lifecycle from order entry to delivery and after sales support

• Monitor stock, backorders and deliveries and communicate updates

• Collaborate closely with other departments, e.g. Sales, Logistics, Finance, Market Developers, and Rider Care

• Work with systems like Oracle, Salesforce, B2B/B2C portals, Teams, and Confluence
