Job Description

Skagit Radiology, Inc. / North Star Radiology is seeking board-certified or board-eligible Radiologists to join our collaborative, forward-thinking team in beautiful Washington State and Alaska. This is a shareholder-track opportunity with a clearly defined path to partnership, remote flexibility, and a supportive infrastructure built for physician success.

Due to recent retirement and continual growth, we are seeking a Chest Radiologist with cardiac MRI experience. Our chest volume is high, so you can expect around 80% sub-specialization on your non-call days.

For our Body Radiologist position, we are seeking someone with experience reading abdomen and pelvic MRI. This position is also around 80% subspecialized.

Ideal Candidate should have:

  • Ability to interpret general radiology exams (for call purposes)
  • Ability to perform basic procedures such as thoracentesis, paracentesis, lumbar punctures, arthrograms, and biopsies
  • Strong interpersonal skills

On-site training available if necessary.

Lucrative, remote internal teleradiology moonlighting is available on your days off. Both shareholder-track (1-year) and employee positions are available.

Position Highlights

Immediate Equity: Enjoy vacation, shift, and call parity with partners from day one, including remote shifts
Fast Partnership Track: Just 1 year to partnership
High-Value Bonuses: Substantial partnership bonuses available immediately upon partnership – among the highest in Washington
No Overnights: Weekend call is from home
Advanced Support: 24/7 IT assistance and a dedicated call center to connect with providers
Modern Workflow: Fully staffed credentialing team ensures a smooth onboarding process
Imaging Center Ownership: Enjoy direct benefits of our imaging center and a joint venture with our flagship hospital
