Shift Supervisor

Responsible for coordinating and supervising production activities during assigned shifts to ensure adherence to production plans, quality standards, safety, and environmental regulations. Oversees operator performance, supports skill development through training, monitors shift performance using PQCDSM parameters, and ensures timely reporting and documentation. Authorized to stop production in case of quality or equipment issues, manage material transactions in AF & AX systems, and ensure proper machine setup in line with planning requirements. Able to interpret engineering drawings and support efficient manufacturing operations.
