Job Summary
HWH is seeking a Construction Administrative Coordinator who is responsible for accurately preparing and processing subcontracts and other project related data and to assist operations.
- Assist in supporting office functions, including meetings and employee gatherings, as needed by coordinating food and beverage requirements, vendor support, and supplies.
- Attends operation meetings as required.
- Assists in mailing, shipping and receiving requirements of office and/or jobsite.
- Performs miscellaneous tasks for Project Managers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 - 3 years related experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards
