Job Description
1.Project Initiation and Planning: Perform the "Project Management" tasks within the scope of the Operations Discipline.
2.Product Development and Delivery: Responsible for completion of activities within operations to meet the specific, cost, timing, and quality requirements as directed from the Project Manager
3.Steer Execution of project: Time & quality & cost control
4.Project controls and reporting:
4.1 Regularly align and report the Operations project status in accordance with the valid tool and process set;
4.2 Escalate issues to Project Manager, BA Management and /or Operations management as required to affected Product or process Quality, Suppliers and Customer issues, if necessary (aligned with Project Manager)
5.Improvement / Maintenance:
5.1 Provide Lessons Learned and share Experience Data
5.2 Provide and promote continuous improvements for products and processes and projects in his/her area of responsibility
6.Representation of operations/ plant in project, customer and supplier meetings.
- Bachelor or above in engineering or related major
- 3 years or above experience in new product launch in production line or Process experience in Auto electronics industry
- Can speak in English will be a plus
- Strong communication and coronation ability
