Job Description Summary:
Responsible for managing and maintaining enterprise storage infrastructure to ensure high availability, optimal performance, and scalability.
Job Description:
Responsible for managing Storage Infrastructure related Incidents / Service Requests and Change Requests within the defined SLA.
Storage administration and Troubleshooting.
Maintain reports on disk utilization, availability and growth patterns.
Provide recommendations to improve the Storage infrastructure and address / lead critical Issues and root cause analysis.
Perform necessary Storage infrastructure maintenance activities and data migration, as required.
Ability to identify scalability, performance and integration issues and propose optimal solutions.
Provide technical guidance to other team members.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or Diploma (D3) in any field.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Storage Administration, Infrastructure Management, or a related role.
Good communication and documentation skills.
Placement in Sentul.
