GOLF OPS ATTENDANT  

Home to the renowned Jack Nicklaus–designed Hualālai Golf Course—and host of the PGA TOUR’s Mitsubishi Electric Championship—our golf experience is unlike any other. With dramatic oceanfront holes carved through lava fields and breathtaking coastal views, Hualālai offers guests a truly unforgettable setting for the game. 

 

As a Golf Operations Attendant, you will play a key role in curating a seamless, elevated golf experience for our guests and members. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, anticipates needs before they arise, and is passionate about delivering thoughtful, intuitive service in a luxury environment. 

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO 

• Prepare and present golf carts and facilities to the highest standards, ensuring every detail reflects the excellence of Four Seasons 

• Create a flawless start to each guest’s experience by thoughtfully staging equipment and maintaining pristine conditions 

• Welcome guests with genuine warmth, anticipating their needs and assisting with golf bags and equipment 

• Provide attentive care for guest belongings, including cleaning and maintaining golf clubs and shoes 

• Maintain exceptional presentation across all areas, including; Golf staging and bag drop areas, Driving range and practice facilities, Cart storage and club operations, Guest-facing and back-of-house spaces 

• Support driving range operations, ensuring a consistent and elevated practice experience throughout the day 

• Deliver anticipatory, personalized service to a discerning global clientele and club members 

• Take pride in contributing to a championship-level golf environment that reflects the prestige of Hualālai 

• Uphold a polished, professional appearance and represent the resort with pride 

• Support the team with flexibility and a willingness to go above and beyond for our guests 

 

WHAT TO BRING 

• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States 

• A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences 

• Valid Hawaii driver’s license & Traffic Abstract 

• Ability to lift and carry golf bags and equipment (50 lbs+ typical in daily operations) 

• Prior golf operations, resort, or hospitality experience preferred 

• Availability to work weekends and holidays 

• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to teamwork
