Littelfuse Inside Sales team is looking for a motivated and communicative person to join us as an Inside Sales Representative. In this role, you will build strong relationships with our customers, engage in a variety of sales and customer service activities including sales support, pricing, quoting, financial reporting and business reviews.


The position offers remote working model with occasional visits to the Kaunas office.

About the job:

  • Provide support to the customers and the outside sales team in Europe (no cold calling is required)

  • Prepare and send quotations, pricing proposals, and product information

  • Follow up on leads, sample requests, and customer inquiries

  • Work closely with Sales, Customer Service, and Operations to ensure a smooth order process

  • Help prepare sales reports, dashboards, and presentations

  • Support the Inside Sales team with administrative and commercial tasks

  • Contribute ideas to improve sales processes and the overall customer experience

About you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or related field

  • Up to 2 years of relevant experience in Sales or Customer Service

  • Strong communication skills in English

  • Strong Excel skills and an analytical mindset

  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a strong team spirit

  • Customer-focused with strong attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment

The salary range is 2100 EUR gross – 2300 EUR gross per month but the final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
